Cocktail, lunches & coffee breaks
Welcome reception cocktail will be served at the main congress venue at the end of the Opening Ceremony on June 15th, 2026.
Lunches will be served free of charge at the scheduled time:
- on June 15th for Post Graduate Course attendants only
- on June 16th for all registered participants
Coffee and tea will be served free of charge for all registered participants during morning and afternoon breaks on June 16th and June 17th, 2026.
Name badges
Participants are asked to wear their name badge at all times during the congress and social dinner.

Language
The official language of the congress is English.
Simultaneous translation from English into Italian will be provided on June 15 (Post Graduate Course only), 16 and 17, 2026 in Plenary Sessions only.
Please note that during Parallel Sessions simultaneous translation won’t be provided.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be sent out by email by one week after the end of the Congress. Please note that the Italian CME certificate will be sent by email by 90 days.
Abstracts
Abstracts of all lectures and Posters will be collected in an Abstract Book which will be available online on the official website.
Posters
Posters will be available for viewing starting from June 16, 2026 at 10:00, they will be discussed on June 16, 2026 during the Lunch Break and can be available for viewing also on June 17, 2026 until the end of the Meeting.
The Posters will be presented on June 16, 2026 at the Poster Area from 13:10 to 14:10. Poster presenters will have max. 8 minutes to present and are kindly requested to be next to their poster during the indicated timeslot.
Posters can be affixed at the poster area on June 16, 2026 starting from 7:15 to 10:00 and removed after the end of the Meeting.
Speakers' Slide Centre
The Speakers’ Slide Centre is located at the 1st floor of Palazzo Re Enzo. Speakers are kindly asked to bring an USB Flash drive containing the Power Point presentation preferably one day before their talk, but at the latest three hours prior their talk. Due to time and technical reasons, we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook.

Social dinner
Social Dinner is scheduled on June 16th, 2026 – h. 20:00 at Palazzo Albergati in Via Angelo Masini, 46 (Zola Predosa – BO). South entrance.
A bus transfer will be arranged at 19.15 leaving from Bus Station – Platform 25, Bologna. The bus will leave for the journey back starting from 22.45 and will stop at the same place you left from.
